Auckland International Airport is only 5km's from our hotel and conference facilities.
How far away is downtown Auckland shops and central business district?
Airport Garden Inn Hotel is only 12km's from Auckland city.
Do you have a free Auckland airport shuttle service?
We operate a 24 hour free shuttle service to and from the airport for our accommodation guests.
My flight arrives in Auckland after midnight, am I still able to check in?
Yes. We have a 24 hour reception area and check-in service.
We are planning a business conference; do you have conference rooms available?
We have 2 fully air-conditioned conference rooms that are regularly used for corporate meetings and intimate gatherings such as birthday parties and wedding receptions. You can learn more about these facilities in the Conferences area of our Website.
Is room service available or do you have an on-site restaurant?
We have both! The cafe style Tulip Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Room service is also available when the restaurant is open.
What times is the restaurant open and do I have to pre-book dinner?
The restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 6.30 - 9.30am and dinner from 6.30 - 9.30pm. No booking is required. The restaurant is open for lunch only by arrangement for conferences and event delegates.
What is your check-in and check-out time’s?
Unless by prior arrangement, check-out is at 10.00am and check-in from 2.00pm.
Do you accept pets?
Our hotel facilities are not suitable for pets, however we do accept guests with Guide Dogs.
How can I check room availability?
You will need to contact our accommodation reservation team via our Request a Quotation page outlining the dates you require accommodation.
Do you have paraplegic/wheelchair friendly rooms available?
We have a couple of rooms with disabled facilities available, including a room with double bed and another with twin beds.
We are travelling as part of a large group and require quite a few rooms, are you able to accommodate us?
Airport Garden Inn Hotel has 52 ground floor hotel rooms available, including suites, family rooms and a variety of rooms able to sleep from 1 - 3 guests.
Is Airport Garden Inn Hotel suitable for people travelling with children?
Certainly! We have family size hotel rooms available and plenty of on-site facilities for all the family, including fully fenced outdoor swimming pool, gym equipment, games and lounge area plus restaurant and bar. Rainbows End amusement park, Westfield Shopping Centre and movie theatre are also close by. We even have a delicious children’s menu in our restaurant!
Do I need to book a room in advance?
No you don't, however due to the large amount of Auckland events such as concerts, conferences and sporting events; it is always advisable to book your accommodation in advance where possible. Simply complete the Make a Booking form within this site and we will confirm your booking within 24 hours.
How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page within our Website.
Is a deposit required to book a room?
No. We request your Credit Card details simply to confirm your booking, however no deposit will be charged to your card.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.
