Grange Golf Club
Located within easy driving distance of Auckland International Airport and Airport Garden Inn Hotel, the Grange Golf Club is considered one of New Zealand's best golf courses, offering excellent facilities and a championship standard course designed for golf players of all abilities.

This Qualmark Endorsed Visitor Activity also boasts immaculately presented golf courses and hosts major New Zealand Amateur and Professional Tournaments.

Visitors are welcome at The Grange Gold Club at all times, however tee-off times are restricted on some days of the week for members only, therefore bookings are essential. Golf clubs, trundlers and shoes are available for hire along with electric golf carts.

Butterfly Creek
Located only 1 minute from Auckland International Airport and our hotel, Butterfly Creek claims to be Auckland’s hottest new attraction - hosting Australasia's premier Tropical Butterfly House with over 700 free flying exotic butterflies, tropical fish, birds and lizards.

This is a great family day out with things to see and do for children and parents, including a cafe and bar for adults and the animal petting zoo and playground for the kids.

Other features including a walk-through exhibit with some of New Zealand's largest tropical fish aquaria, lizards and insects, farm-yard animals and an Express miniature train! Visitors can also purchase gifts and souvenirs.

Sky Tower - Sky Jump
Towering over downtown Auckland at an impressive 328 metres, the SkyCity Sky Tower is the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere and offers breath-taking views for more than 80 kilometres in every direction.

One of New Zealand's most spectacular tourist attraction’s, the Sky Tower is part of the large SkyCity Casino complex and is also home to the world-famous Sky Jump. For the brave hearted, you can take a Vertigo Climb at the top of the tower or leap 192m from the Sky Tower towards the city below!

Sky Jump is a Qualmark Endorsed Visitor Activity and allows jumpers to 'base-jump by wire' and then falling for approximately 16 seconds at around 85kph. Unlike bungy, Skyjump participants do not hang upside down or bounce around, instead you fall fast and smoothly before enjoying a slow, safe landing.

Sky Jump is open daily from 10.00am - 6.00pm and is only approximately 20km's from the hotel.
